Initial Consultation
General introductions to key stakeholders and current systems. Gain insight into the problem you’re trying to solve. Establish if Datsys can provide a solution.

Data System Assessment
The assessment is where we quantify your current system state. It will provide the baseline to measure all future work. The output will be an official report from Datsys containing current state of your data, how these align with output requirements and recommendations to increase efficiencies.
Depending on the business availability it’ll take about two weeks and will be based on:
- Review their current data. On site for half day.
- Three 2-hour workshops with key staff to understand people and map processes. Timing will depend on business availability but ideally take place over 7 business days.
- Review current technology. On site for half day.

Mandatory Compliance Reporting
Mandatory reporting obligations for prudential standards, SIRS, QI, accreditation data sets creates a lot of overhead. Can this be automated in a way that requires less manual work?
This will automate some or all of the process of taking the data from the business and submitting to the relevant government department.
Business Intelligence (BI)
The term Business intelligence (BI) has been well publicised in the 21st century but it’s been around since Moses presented the 10 commandments. BI refers to the consolidation of a large amounts of data into a condensed form, often pictorial. This makes it easier to identify trends that require more in-depth investigation. Aged Care providers have access to data from internal sources, government and 3rd party sources. BI tools will help you make sense of this and turn them into actionable insights.

Benchmarking
This service is subscription based and will incur a setup and monthly charge. Each week Datsys create a report which compares key clinical information from the customer with data created by varies government bodies. The report will be emailed and saved to your SharePoint site.
